LIQUOR QUIK™ Pear Brandy Essence is a premium flavour essence for easy homemade liqueur-style and spirit-style beverages. Each 20 ml / 0.65 fl. oz. bottle makes approximately 30 fl. oz. / 850 ml of finished beverage.

A fruit brandy-style essence with soft, fragrant pear character. Lovely for sipping.

Made with natural extracts and essential oils, it mixes easily with neutral vodka, grain alcohol, or “swish barrel” alcohol. Just add sugar and alcohol, shake until dissolved, and enjoy.

Instructions

• Pour the contents of one 20 ml bottle into a 35 fl. oz. / 1 L bottle.
• Add 1 cup / 230 g of granulated sugar.
• Fill with 26.5 fl. oz. / 750 ml of 20–25% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka, or “swish barrel” alcohol.
• Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved.
• If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. / 29 ml of glycerine.
