How to read a kit name: the percentage is the alcohol level the kit is designed for, and the litres are the size of the juice base inside the box. Bigger bases and higher percentages make fuller-bodied wines.
An ingredient kit is the ingredients only. If this is your first batch, you'll also need a starter equipment kit.
