Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $80.00 CAD or more ship free to all 10 Canadian provinces. Orders of $75.00 USD or more ship free to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, and orders of $150.00 USD or more ship free to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Below those amounts, and for the territories and international orders, real-time carrier rates are shown at checkout.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders normally ship within 1–4 business days. During holidays, promotions or busy periods, it can take up to 5 business days. Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in London, Ontario.

Why isn't my U.S. tracking updating?

U.S. orders travel from Canada to our Buffalo, NY warehouse and clear U.S. Customs first, which can add 1–2 business days. Tracking may show "Label Created" or no movement during that time. That's normal. If there's been no movement for 5 or more days, please contact us.

Tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package.

Check your mailbox, porch, garage, parcel lockers, building reception and with neighbours, and look for a carrier delivery photo. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll review the shipment.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Return requests may be accepted within 7 days of purchase for products that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Every return needs an approved RMA number before it's sent back, so please contact us first. Some items, such as perishable, opened, sale or hazardous products, are final sale.

Something arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll review it and make it right.

Making Wine & Beer

I'm new to this. Where do I start?

Start with one of our Starter Kits. They include the equipment you need for your first batch. Then pick a wine kit or beer kit.

What else will I need to bottle my wine?

You'll need bottles, corks or caps and a corker. Shrink caps and labels are optional finishing touches. You'll find everything in Bottling & Closures.

Can you help with my batch?

Absolutely. Call or email us with your kit name, what step you're on and what you're seeing, and we'll help you troubleshoot.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Businesses can log in or apply for an account at wholesale.abccork.com.
